And the simplest things are often hardest to get right: baking a good loaf of gluten free bread. Here I used 2 cups of warm water and 2 tsp. of yeast 1 tsp. of sugar and mixed well before I added 1 tsp. of salt, a cup of multi-purpose gluten free flour, ½ cup of corn flour and ½ cup of brown rice flour and knead everything with a wooden spoon 5 minutes. Place in a bowl, cover and let rise in a warm place until doubled. Knead again and mold French Baguette Bread into the Pan Non-Stick Baking Liners. Season with chunky salt and sesame seeds. Bake on 350 F until golden. Success!
